This major development comprises residential, commercial, and retail hubs on a heritage site, and we proudly worked with the teams from Hutchinson Builders, SDF Electrical, Cushman Wakefield and Sekisui House to make this project a success.
Problem
Rapid Protection Australia was approached by the developers of West Village to provide best-in-class security systems, encompassing CCTV, Access Control, and Intercoms.
The client had previously appointed another security contractor who was unable to provide the ongoing support, communication, and maintenance that was needed in a development of this scale. In most cases, clients in the construction industry rely on security contractors to be their trusted experts, and to deliver solutions that are practical, streamlined and effective.
Solution
Our role was to support the client’s existing security infrastructure, and to deliver upgrades to CCTV, Access Control, and Intercoms where necessary. The most important part of this project was to provide regular, transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Rapid Protection’s relationship with the West Village will continue as the development progresses stage-by-stage, and new residential towers and retail amenities are added. Our team is proud to continue supporting the client’s needs and looks forward to a long-term partnership with West Village and the Sekisui House teams.
